Painting River Rocks

paint rocks

  1. Gather all the river rocks you are painting and wash them off. Try to get all the extra debris off so the paint won’t be choppy.
  2. Get the outdoor paint or acrylic paint. Also get a paint palette.
  3. Begin painting the rocks with acrylic paint brushes. If you are covering the entire rock, don’t paint the designs on the top until the base paint dries completely.
  4. Clean your brushes with warm, soapy water. Don’t let the paint dry on the brush or it will mess it up.
